HAPPY NEW YEAR & A big welcome to 2018 Bucs!!!

The Pirates Baseball Association AGM was held on 11 December – thanks to those who attended and offered to take on Office Bearing roles for the coming year.

The 2018 Office Bearers consist of:
President – Steven Owen
Treasurer – Troy Clifford
Secretary & VP (Snr) – Dale Jenkins
VP (Jnr) – Emma Bennett

In addition to the above “office bearer” positions, the following members were elected to the management committee:
Al Michaelis
Grant Vukasinovic
Brett McKenna

We are hoping to see nominations FLOOD in for the remaining TWO management committee positions so that these can be ratified by the Office Bearers at the next meeting at which point in time the below club roles will also be filled:
- Coaching Staff
- Publicity
- Merchandise
- Uniforms/Equipment
- Sponsorship
- Events
- Grants
- Grounds
- Canteen

Marc Smith will continue as the club registrar.

Over the coming days (while I am still on holidays), there will be a number of communications sent to all previous members of the Pirates advising of upcoming dates, changes to player registration processes and some general “housekeeping” before the season starts.
